Renee Waisner has been practicing law in the greater Tulsa area since 1986.  She earned her Justice Doctorate from the University of Tulsa. Renee is an expert in Native American Family Law, specifically the Indian Child Welfare Act. She has worked with the Cherokee, Creek, Osage, Choctaw, Seneca Cayuga, and Chickasaw Nations. Renee is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Creek Nation Bar Association, and the Okmulgee County Bar Association.  She is a 28-year veteran of the Tulsa County Public Defenders Office in Juvenile Deprived Matters, where she represents Juvenile Delinquents. Additionally, she serves as guardian Ad Litum in both juvenile and adult processing.
